Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Baytk AI, a software-as-a-service product operated by Baytk AI FZ-LLC ('Baytk', 'we', 'our'). By creating an account, accessing the service, or using the product in demo mode, you accept these Terms.
2. UAE Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
3. Subscription & Billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in AED, exclusive of VAT. Annual plans are non-refundable mid-term. You may cancel future renewals at any time from your billing settings. Trial periods are provided in good faith for evaluation only.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Baytk AI in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that all listings, communications and documents generated through the platform are accurate and compliant with applicable UAE real estate regulations, including RERA, DLD and Ejari requirements.
5. Customer Data & Confidentiality
You retain all rights to data you submit. We process customer data as a service provider on your behalf, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) requirements. Customer data is not used to train Baytk AI's underlying models.
6. Service Availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Service credits are available for Enterprise customers under separate SLAs. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 72 hours in advance.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach uncured within 30 days of written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
